Before you message — a few things that speed us up

Asking about a product? Tell us your exact phone model, including whether it's a Pro or Pro Max. Accessories are cut per model, and a 16 Pro case will not fit a 16 Pro Max.
Asking about an order? Send the order number and the phone number you ordered with.
Returning or exchanging something? Attach a clear photo of the item and its packaging. If it's a defect, a short video helps us sort it out on the spot.

How long does delivery take?
24 to 48 working hours in Cairo and Giza; 2 to 4 working days for outer districts.

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. You can also inspect the product with the courier before you pay.

Can I return something?

Do you have accessories for my phone?
We cover iPhone 11 through iPhone 17, in Pro Max, Pro and standard sizes. If you can't find your model on the site, message us — we may have it in stock and not yet listed.
