1. Accounts and registration

  • When you create an account or enter your details to place an order, the information you give us — name, full address, phone number — must be accurate, current and complete.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your own details. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect information is the customer's responsibility.

2. Products and pricing

  • We describe our products as precisely as we can, including which phone models each case or screen protector fits. That said, colours and outer packaging can vary slightly because of photography lighting or updates at the factory.
  • We may change prices, shipping costs, or run offers and discounts at any time without prior notice. Changes never apply to orders already confirmed before the change.

3. Accepting and cancelling orders

  • Smart Zone may cancel or decline an order in specific cases: the product is out of stock, an unintentional pricing error, or reasonable suspicion that the order isn't genuine or involves fraud.
  • If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is refunded by the original payment method.

4. Intellectual property

  • Everything on Smart Zone platforms — text, designs, logos, images, reviews, and our product videos — belongs exclusively to the brand and is protected by intellectual property law.
  • Copying, reproducing, or using any part of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limits of liability

  • Smart Zone isn't liable for damage to your phone or device caused by incorrect fitting on your part — for example, a screen protector or camera guard applied badly, leading to damage or trapped dust.
  • We work to keep the site stable and secure, but we aren't liable for temporary interruptions caused by technical faults outside our control.

6. Changes to these terms

  • Smart Zone may update or amend these terms at any time to reflect legal or commercial developments. Changes take effect as soon as they're published on this page.
